A1CE.COM was established in 2008 as a continuing education provider approved by Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. Our goal is to provide customers with the best continuing education possible. Our trainers are out there in real life, and understand what it takes to rise above the norm.


Refund Policy
A1CE is a customer service driven company providing high-quality online courses. However, sometimes problems and issues can affect enrollment and or relevancy of course. We have posted the course requirements and our refund policy in order to help the consumer make informed choices prior to purchase. In advance of your enrollment make sure that you have carefully reviewed the course description and outline and that you have scheduled the appropriate time to take the course(s) you are enrolling in. Technology-related issues such as html5 browser requirements  misspelled passwords and  emails sometimes delay a course from starting or interrupting a course already in progress. Please contact us to resolve these. We will all efforts to resolve these or will be happy to issue refunds if you have not started taking the course. No refund requests are processed once the courses are complete.

Expiration of course
Our courses are set to expire 180 days from the date you sign up. If you have not completed the course in the given time, please contact us, and we can reactivate the course for you.
